BosBungalow 1
Located in the forest where you can relax on the porch enjoying the birds and squirrels. Enjoy the hammock, hanging chairs or just sit on the couch. The living room has a lovely fireplace for cozy evenings. The BosBungalow also has central heating, two bicycles and a fully equipped kitchen.

The Drents-Friese Wold
BosBungalow 1 is located in the National Park Drents-Friese Wold. This park is one of the largest continuous natural areas in the Netherlands. 6150 hectares of forest and heath area on the border of Friesland and Drenthe, ideal for hiking and cycling.
At the visitor center of the Drents-Friese Wold, you can learn more about nature. Here you will also find nice routes and special routes for families with children.
The Aeckingermeer
The Aekingermeer is tucked away in the green. The lake is located in the Natural Aekingerzand less than three kilometers from the BosBungalows.
You can enjoy walking through the Aekingerzand, a heath and shifting sands. Each season has its charm. Aekingermeer It is a very clean swimming pool and ideal for children because the ground slopes gently.
The heath
Drenthe is the least populated province Dutch. Nature is the norm! Dense forests, flocks of sheep on the purple moors, sand dunes, fens etc etc.
From BosBungalows you walk on the heath and you will quickly against various animals. Tip: look at the stars on a clear night heath or a picnic with candle and starlight.
