- Where does the cute furniture come from?
We get questions from many guests about where the nice furniture comes from. Most of the furniture you find in the bungalows comes from the Wooden Furniture Outlet and De Woon Winkel. - Are you a member of ANVR or SGR?
No, because of the high costs we have waived this. If we did, we would have to increase our rental rates substantially, and we want to offer affordable holidays! Would you still like some extra security? You can. You can also book us through the booking organisation Heerlijke Huisjes (with SGR guarantee). Renting our bungalows is slightly more expensive through these organisations, but then you do have extra security.
- What are the terms and conditions?
The general terms and conditions set out all the terms and conditions. These state what you can expect from us and what we expect from guests. It also describes the cancellation conditions.
- How does the key transfer take place?
Have you booked KustBungalow 3 in Schagen? Then you will receive a pin code with which you can open the bungalow.
For the other bungalows, you can pick up the key at reception. Once the total amount has been received, we will inform reception of your arrival. It is therefore essential that you arrive within reception opening hours. Do you have any questions about this? Feel free to contact us.
- When do I have to pay?

- Are there any bicycles available?
All bungalows come with 2 bicycles. All BosBungalows have a child's seat on the back of the bike. If necessary, you can bring extra bicycles with you. There is room to store them in the shed. At many of the parks it is possible to rent extra bicycles at the reception if desired (and in stock). Only in Schagen is this possibility not available.
- Are pets allowed?
On holiday, you prefer to take your dog with you. If you notify us in advance, pets are allowed. The only condition we set is that the bungalow must be left tidy. Pets are charged € 15 per pet per stay. Via the website you can book directly if you come with 1 or 2 dogs. If you wish to bring more dogs or other pets, much can be arranged. Please contact us to discuss your wishes.
Payment
- Do you charge a deposit?
We do not ask for a deposit when renting. This immediately reduces the total amount to be paid! Instead of the deposit, we have a compulsory damage insurance. In the unlikely event of an accident, this is insured. Nice to know.
- How does the payment process work?
When you book a bungalow, after payment you will be given the option of paying directly online via iDeal or paying at another time via internet banking. In the latter case, you will receive an invoice by e-mail. The payment can then be made via internet banking/bank transfer. The total amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. For last-minute bookings, this is of course not possible, but payment must be made as soon as possible. Payment must always be made before arrival.
If there are more than 2 months between the booking and the actual stay, we require a 50% deposit, which must be paid within 14 days. The balance must be paid at least 30 days before arrival. If this is not possible, please contact us in time to discuss the possibilities.
Reservation
- Can I take out cancellation insurance?
Yes, it is also possible to take out cancellation insurance when making your booking. Everything arranged in one go, it's so easy! We work together with the Europeesche insurance company. They take care of the processing. You can take out cancellation insurance right when you make your booking. It is not possible to take out cancellation insurance later.
Modify & cancel
- Can we change or cancel a reservation?
There is no right of withdrawal on bookings of holiday homes. In principle, reservations are binding immediately. We offer you the possibility of cancelling or changing reservations within 24 hours, free of charge.
Extending a reservation is possible, provided the bungalow is still available in the desired period. Do you have questions about changing a reservation? Please contact us by e-mail.
Facilities
- Is there entertainment at the park?
Yes, there is an animation team at all the parks during the high season. On the Veluwe and in Julianadorp, there is an extensive and varied recreation programme for all ages almost every primary school holiday, because in addition to the children, the adults are certainly not forgotten! Recreation periods: Easter, May holidays, Ascension, Whitsun, summer holidays and autumn holidays.
